Buyer requirement checklist

Match the electrical duty and transformer or wall interface before requesting a design.

  • Rated voltage, current, AC/DC duty and insulation medium
  • Flange, terminal, oil-side length and CT pocket drawing
  • Creepage, altitude, pollution and mounting angle
  • Existing nameplate and drawings for replacement review

IEC 60137 applies to complete AC bushings; confirm edition and model-specific test evidence. Replacement fit requires drawing approval.

Product Technical Overview

Resin Impregnated Paper (RIP) dry-type capacitive transformer bushing manufactured with creped insulating paper and interleaved aluminum capacitive grading screens wound under precision tension, vacuum-infused with high-grade epoxy resin, and cured at high temperature. The dry-type core reduces the leakage and maintenance items associated with oil inside the bushing; housing, end seals and in-service inspection requirements still need to be checked. EONOVA supplies Resin-Impregnated Paper (RIP) Bushings designed for high-voltage power transformers and other electrical equipment. Featuring resin-impregnated paper insulation technology, RIP bushings provide reliable electrical insulation and are designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern high-voltage power systems. With a solid insulation structure and customizable connection interfaces, RIP bushings can be configured to suit different transformer designs, voltage ratings, and installation requirements. Key Features: • Resin-impregnated paper (RIP) insulation technology • Designed for high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage (11kV-1100kV) electrical insulation applications • Capacitive grading design for electric field control, subject to product configuration • Robust structure with customizable mounting flanges and terminal connections • Available in different dimensions and configurations (heavy-current up to 31.5kA, draw-lead, current-carrying, oil-oil, oil-SF6, and GIS lead-out) • Customized solutions based on customer drawings and technical specifications
